1. Site publisher
This site is published by PariSportCentral SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €25,000, registered office at 18 rue de la Banque, 75002 Paris, France. Publication director: Aurélien Deschamps. Contact: contact@parisportcentral.com.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the PariSportCentral site. Simply browsing it constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use this site.
3. Nature of the service
PariSportCentral is an independent editorial publication that publishes comparative reviews of sports betting operators holding a licence issued by the Autorité Nationale des Jeux. The site:
- takes no bets and offers no bet placement;
- does not hold, transfer or retain any funds belonging to a user;
- carries out no activity subject to licensing under the French internal security code;
- is in no way an intermediary between a user and an operator.
Any contractual relationship arising from opening or using an account is concluded exclusively between the user and the licensed operator concerned, under that operator’s own terms.
4. Age requirement
Access to this site is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the site you declare that you are of legal age under French law. Sports betting is prohibited for minors and for anyone listed on the gambling exclusion register held by the ANJ.
5. Informational nature of the content
The reviews, ratings and comparisons published reflect the editorial opinion of our team on the date shown on each page. They are neither personalised advice, nor encouragement to bet, nor any guarantee of outcome. The odds, markets and conditions described may change at any time without notice from the operators. It is for each user to verify the information directly with the operator before making any decision.
6. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, the texts, the visual identity, the scorecard and all material produced by the editorial team are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PariSportCentral SAS. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
The trade marks, company names and logos of the operators mentioned remain the exclusive property of their respective holders. They are reproduced on this site strictly for identification and journalistic purposes, under the right of quotation, and no partnership, ownership affiliation or endorsement may be inferred from them. Any rights holder who considers that content infringes their rights may write to contact@parisportcentral.com: the request will be handled within two working days.
7. Outbound links
The site contains links to external resources, some of which are commercial links identified as such. PariSportCentral exercises no control over the content, availability or practices of third-party resources and accepts no liability for them. Visiting a third-party site is the user’s sole responsibility and is governed by that site’s own terms.
8. User contributions
The site hosts no open publishing space: no forum, no comments, no file uploads, no public profiles. The only data a user transmits is via the contact form, addressed exclusively to the editorial team, and is never published.
9. Availability and security
We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and communications secure. The site may nonetheless be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons. No software, extension or automatic download is offered, initiated or triggered from this site.
10. Limitation of liability
PariSportCentral cannot be held liable for financial losses or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information published on this site, from opening an account with a third-party operator, or from a dispute with such an operator. Betting carries a risk of financial loss: the mathematical edge belongs structurally to the operator.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Amendment
We may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of consultation, with the last update date shown at the head of the document.
